Our internship program is designed for students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, as well as individuals seeking to deepen their education through immersive, professional experience in the entertainment industry.
Department Description:
Marketing Operations plays a pivotal role inshowcasingour diverse range of marketing materials, from trailers and TV/digital spots to movie posters and outdoor billboards, to audiences worldwide. Our goal is to expertly master, localize, and distribute a multitude of marketing assets, ensuring the successful promotion of our films globally. We pride ourselves on our agility and efficiency, managing high volumes of content under tight deadlines across various markets.
Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and optimization ofAirtablesolutions to streamline workflow management and reduce email dependency
Analyze current workflows and processes toidentifyopportunities for AI integration and automation
Support the development and implementation of ChatGPT enterprise solutions for marketing operations workflows
Collaborate with teams to document, test, andoptimizenew automated processes
Assistin creating technical documentation and training materials for new systems
Support the evaluation and integration ofnew technologiesto enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications:
Pursuring a Master'sdegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical fieldduring the duration of the internship
Strong programming skills withproficiencyin Python
Hands-on experience building and deploying data, AI, or application solutions on Azure or AWS, including use of managed services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, SageMaker, serverlesscompute).
Experience with workflow automation and process optimization
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and applications
Demonstrated experience with database management and workflow platforms (e.g.,Airtable)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
PursuingaMaster's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
Previousexperience in entertainment or media industry
Hands-on experience with ChatGPT API or similar large language models
Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Knowledge of HTML and web technologies
Previousinternship or work experience in process automation or digital transformation
Understanding of post-production workflows and digital asset management systems
