求人ID JR113174 応募する 保存された求人を表示A Creative Manager in Global Marketing Partnerships serves as the creative engine behind co-promotional campaigns, translating theatrical assets into partner-ready marketing materials that drive brand collaborations and revenue opportunities. Reporting to the Creative Director, the role combines design, asset development, photo/video editing, and presentation storytelling to support partner pitches, campaign execution, and film launches. From building asset packs and trailer string-outs to creating custom mockups and managing creative approvals, the position bridges creative strategy and production while ensuring all materials are polished, on-brand, and launch-ready for internal teams and external partners globally. This role supports the overall Partnerships team through creative execution.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for repurposing existing theatrical assets for co-promotional use.
Monitors film social handles and internal communications to track launch and creative drop dates.
Adapts Key Art, logo treatments, and motion posters into co-promo-friendly formats once creative becomes public-facing, ensuring timely delivery.
Performs basic photo retouching, masking, and asset isolations.
Executes basic video editing, including end cards and simple cut-downs.
Leads Asset Pack development for Tier B films, including creative and legal approvals.
Designs and builds comprehensive asset packs for partner use.
Designs and illustrates new or secondary creative assets when existing materials are unavailable.
Leads trailer string-out approvals for co-promotional usage.
Edits and color-corrects film stills to ensure visual quality and campaign readiness.
Produces specialty talent photo edits, including high-profile adjustments for campaign execution.
May be responsible for producing high-resolution final creative assets in-house for partner and campaign execution.
Identifies gaps in available creative assets and develops solutions in partnership with the Creative Director.
Designs sales presentations and partner-facing materials.
Researches and develops conceptual promotional mockups for the sales team, including strategy decks, pitch decks, and custom creative visuals that support new business opportunities.
Redesigns and refreshes existing presentation decks as needed.
Contributes event-specific creative materials, including premiere sponsorship slides.
Manages creative asset organization through Mediabox/Ci, including uploading, cataloging, archiving, and granting partner and SPE access.
Supports the broader team by providing creative guidance for both sales initiatives and campaign execution.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Film, or related field preferred
3–5+ years of experience in entertainment marketing, creative services, brand partnerships, or agency environments.
Experience working within theatrical, studio, or entertainment-focused campaigns preferred.
Portfolio demonstrating design execution experience across digital, print, presentation, and co-promotional creative work a plus.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Working knowledge of After Effects, motion graphics, and basic video editing.
Experience working with Google Slides.
Strong graphic design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
Experience with photo retouching, compositing, masking, and color correction.
Ability to prepare high-resolution print and digital creative assets.
Experience creating pitch decks, presentation materials, and conceptual mockups.
Understanding of entertainment marketing, theatrical campaigns, and brand partnerships.
Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing digital assets through Mediabox, Ci, or similar DAM systems.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Solutions-oriented mindset with strong creative problem-solving abilities.
