Start and end dates are flexible. Interns must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) in person at the designated office location.

Department Description:
Columbia Pictures is a film studio and film distributor that is a division Sony Pictures. Theglobally oriented studio has produced and financed some of the industry’s most notable franchises including Spider-Man, Jumanji, Bad Boys, Peter Rabbit, MenInBlack, Ghostbusters, and Venom.
Responsibilities:
Assistingwith general administrative tasks, phone coverage
Preparing and reviewing pitch materials, running occasional errands, and contributing creatively whenappropriate.
Work closely with executive assistants and other team members to support day-to-day operations
Creating book reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degreerequired
Available to work in-office Monday through Friday
Must have prior internships at production companies/studios
Proactive, organized, and able to manage shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
Passionate about film
Comfortable handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion
Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
Willing to assist with a range of tasks, from creative input to administrative support
Familiarity with Mac/PC systems and basic programs like Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
