Start date is flexible but we will need someone that is available through December 18, 2026 for this role. Interns must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) in person at the designated office location.

Department Description:
Global Creative Content is an internal hub for multi-discipline creative work for the Sony Pictures Entertainment marketing group. We are producers, editors, designers, writers, small and big picture thinkers focused on creatingcutting edgeassets that surround our entertainment properties to create lasting cultural impact. Put simply, we work with our global marketers and clients to find a creative solution to any marketing challenge. We have a producer mindset and bring our innate sense of urgency and considerable experience to bear on any production need big or small. You can find us on film and TV sets, talent interviews, massive content days, audience reaction screenings, press junkets,eventsand everything in between. Capturing assets to serve the needs of our film and TV marketing and sales lifecycle is a big part of our mandate and where it all begins. Leveragingclose proximityto our IP,filmmakersand showrunners, we strategize and execute creative solutions with our captured oracquiredasset,
Responsibilities:
Support finance tasks, including invoice processing, purchase orders, and payment tracking
Coordinate shootlogisticssuch as travel requests, schedules, and talent documentation
Provide editorialassistancethrough transcript creation and project management support
Manage administrative duties including distribution lists, assignments, and guest entrylogistics
Contribute to team culture by organizing socials and logging creative content for review
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degreerequired.
Skilled in Microsoft Suite, Keynote, and Google Workspace apps
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a professional demeanor
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple assignments accurately and on time
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in graphic and presentation design
Skilled in script coverage and providing constructive creative feedback
Experienced with editing software including Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and DaVinci Resolve
