Subscription Video on Demand Platform on Prime Video:
-Administrative support with Sony Pictures Entertainment Canada’s newly-launched SP Core Amazon Channel on Prime Video
Home Entertainment Digital:
-Administrative support with internal systems to facilitate price testing, promotional analysis, and day-to-day account management
-Analytical and reporting assistance to update platform cannibalization rates, new release sell-down rates, and assess internal/competitive promo performance
-Track the merchandising of Sony content on partner platforms and summarize collection strategy, advertising placement, other observations to support future sales activity, and overall compliance.
-Assist account managers in documenting retailer capabilities and competitive strategies, and building out “playbooks” on these subjects to be used and updated in the long-term
Qualifications
-Demonstrable analytical and mathematical skills; exceptional facility with MS Excel and other MS Office Suite programs
-Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize appropriately, and communicate clearly and concisely with multiple levels of management
-Self-motivated and dedicated to performing above expectations, with an ability to influence process improvement and innovation
Preferred Qualifications
-Pursuing a degree in entertainment, business, economics, accounting, or a related field
-Familiarity with entertainment business models
-Understanding of general product strategy
-Passion for film and television content
-Knowledge of database systems, in particular AirTable or an equivalent
