This Spring Internship is from January 12, 19 or 26, 2026 through April 24th, 2026 (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work 10-29 hours/week, in person in the specified office location. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university interested in continuing their education through professional experience.
Department Description:
Brand Partnership & Innovation. The branded content division of Sony Pictures Latam provides innovative opportunities for Ad Sales clients, delivering unique solutions tailored to advertiser goals.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails are optimized for search and audience engagement.
- Research and apply best practices for YouTube SEO, thumbnail design, and video formats.
- Test, track, and document different approaches to improve discoverability and audience retention.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in YouTube, creator platforms, and digital media analytics.
- Working knowledge of YouTube Studio and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with metadata management and best practices for video optimization.
- Understanding of video file formats, aspect ratios, and upload specifications for YouTube.
Preferred Qualification:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in YouTube, creator platforms, and digital media analytics.
- Working knowledge of YouTube Studio and Google Analytics.
