Start and end dates are flexible. Interns must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) in person at the designated office location.
Our Emerging Talent Programs — including Internships and Trainee roles — provide hands-on opportunities for students and early-career professionals to contribute to the teams behind our film, television, and entertainment experiences.
These paid, seasonal assignments deliver meaningful, high-impact work designed to accelerate your growth. You’ll take on real responsibilities, build practical skills, and gain exposure to the business through structured learning, executive engagement, and networking opportunities.
Our internship program is designed for students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, as well as individuals seeking to deepen their education through immersive, professional experience in the entertainment industry.
The FWS Workplace Experience Team is responsible for managing daily operations, office services, and engagement programs for the Sony employees working at The Shire.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Assemble a Workplace Experience Operations Procedure Book that outlines how we handle a variety of service requests and manage events and activities at the Shire
- Identify and codify systems to help us improve the way we service our internal customer base.
- Assist with labelling and inventory of office equipment and supplies so that we can better identify which items need to be addressed and better manage restocking.
- Support events and activities to gain a better understanding of how a modern 2026 high-touch customer focused office functions.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Gsuite programs
- Availability to work onsite
- A can-do attitude and a self-starter.
- Good writing skills
- Positive energy and comfort providing services and support to a wide range of people
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ChatGPT a plus
- Some graphic design experience a plus
